Clicking on the Accounting section in the sidebar provides access to modules for managing

7.1 Disbursement

The Disbursement page allows you to manage all disbursement-related transactions within your system. You can add new disbursements by entering details such as the disbursement name, amount, category, and the related customer or case. The page also provides a clear list view of all existing disbursements, with options to view, edit, or delete each record as needed. This helps maintain accurate financial records, ensures transparency, and makes it easy to track outgoing costs across different clients, cases, or internal operations.

7.2 Invoice

The Bills module allows you to create and manage billing records for your customers. You can add detailed bill entries, assign them to specific account managers, and set due dates. Once a bill is created, the system automatically tracks it, allowing you to monitor payment status, send reminders, and generate professional invoices. You can also include breakdowns for services or products rendered, apply taxes (like VAT), and link the bill to related customer matters.

7.3 Payments

The Payments section is where you record and manage payments received from your customers. Each payment entry can be linked to one or more bills, giving you a clear view of which invoices are paid, partially paid, or still outstanding. The platform calculates balances automatically and provides you with detailed reports on customer payment history. You can also issue receipts directly from this section and enable automated customer notifications upon payment.

7.4 Suppliers

In the Suppliers module, you can store and manage information about your business suppliers, such as law firms, vendors, or service providers. Each supplier profile includes contact details, bank information, and relevant documents. This centralized management helps streamline communication and ensures that all supplier-related data is up-to-date and accessible. You can also view a history of transactions and filter records by supplier.

7.5 Supplier Invoices

The Supplier Invoices feature lets you track and manage invoices received from your suppliers. You can enter invoice details such as issue date, due date, amount, and related supplier. These invoices can be linked to disbursements or specific business expenses, providing clear financial visibility. You can mark them as paid, overdue, or pending and generate reports to monitor outstanding supplier liabilities.
